[Mapbender-dev] [gsoc09] UserEditor

Dear dev.


At http://karim.malhas.de/gsoc09/mapbender/http/ you can see the furst 
user editor that use mapbender_2.7 modules.

There are of course some issues (to avoid duplication):

- needs a delete button,
- the 'save' button should be grayed out if there are no changes,
- the listfilter doesn't work right.
- changing the username does not work
