[Mapbender_dev] specification of accepted GET parameters

Hi Karim,
sounds reasonable and more or less easy to handle programmatically. I 
updated the wiki page to:

"Every unknown URL-Parameter (including keywords in wrong case like 
ZoOm) is logged as a notice (e.g. 'Unknown Parameter 'ZoOm' , 'Unknow 
Parameter UDGBoef') to aid in debugging"
