[Mapbender_dev] Why username;email in digest authentication?

Hi all,

I just noticed that previous implementations of http digest authentication
in mapbender requires username == mb_username;email.
Why is this scheme? Why not just mb_username?

In my implementation I just used mb_username. Is there any problem with this
implementation?
