[Mapbender_dev] please test Mapbender 2.7 new applications for administration

Hello devs,

Armin Retterath created two really nice administration applications. We
could add them to Mapbender 2.7.

It would be nice if you could have a look and give feedback on monday. If
you notice things to enhance please give feedback.
