[Mapbender-dev] Mapbender 3.0.8 released 2019-04-12

Here is a history of that file being included in past release archives:

- 3.0.8: missing
- 3.0.7.7: included in /app/bootstrap.php.cache
- 3.0.6.3: included in /app/bootstrap.php.cache
- 3.0.6.2: included in /app/bootstrap.php.cache
- 3.0.6.1: included in /app/bootstrap.php.cache
- 3.0.5.3: included in /app/bootstrap.php.cache
