Erweiterung admin2_de GUI

Hallo Liste,

ich habe mir mal die admin2_de GUI an den MB 2.4 RC 2 angepaßt (WFS-Verwaltung, OWS-Proxy, Monitoring).
Das ganze heißt dann bei mir 'admin2.1_de'
Habe das SQL in der Anlage beigefügt, vielleicht kann es ja jemand gebrauchen . . .
