[Mapbender-users] Code conventions

Hi there,

I put up a first draft of code conventions. Take a look at them in the 
Mapbender Wiki at.

Please feel free to add or edit. Maybe we can agree upon a set of 
conventions within a week or two, I suggest discussion until January 
21st followed by a voting by the PSC.

BTW, I guess there should be more PSC members than listed here
