[Mapbender-users] WMS funktioniert nicht?

Hallo,

ich kämpfe gerade mit folgendem WMS-Dienst:

Technical land-use limits
Realized technical features and future intentions are displayed. On the
other hand, these elements usually represent some land-use limit. This map
service contains wide database with approximately 150 features, e.g.
communications, infrastructure, cultural monuments, nature resources etc.
Land-use limits contain features that are mainly based on legislation.
This map service is filled with data for almost whole South Moravian
Region. The data were elaborated in 2003-2006.

Ich kriege das Zeug einfach nicht zum Laufen. Von der Projektion her
sollte es passen (ich brauche EPSG:31287, das ist auch in den Capabilities
drinnen), könnte es vielleicht daran liegen, dass die Standardprojektion
(EPSG:4326) nicht unterstützt wird? Laut Capabilities ist es ein WMS
1.1.0. Egal, welche der drei URLS ich im Mapbender einzubinden versuche,
ich erhalte jedes Mal dasselbe Ergebnis: Die Layerliste wird angezeigt,
lässt sich über Edit GUI-WMS bearbeiten, im GUI sind die Layer auch in der
Auswahl vorhanden, nur angezeigt wird nichts (auch keine Fehlermeldung).

Was kann ich noch prüfen bzw. was müsten die Kollegen machen, die das WMS
bereitstellen?
