[Mapbender-users] Configure a layer as selectable but not editable

Hi Uli,

so I was right, that it is not configurable via the GUIs, while the layers
are served within one WFS-T of my geoserver. 
Probably it would be nice to have just a checkbox on the WFS-Conig-GUI, if
you want to use the transactional service or not...
