Antw: [Mapbender-users] MB 2.5: capabilities-upload does notwork

Mapbender complains about some "Missing parameters" and does not upload the
data. But some of the params are definitly in the cap-doc and MB 2.4.2 does
not complain at all. Maybe someone of the Wheregroup-team knows some help?
