Antw: [Mapbender-users] MB 2.5: capabilities-upload does notwork

Hi Tilo,

I tried it with http://www.lv-bw.de/dv/capabilities-esri-testuser.xml and got 
the same error you described in your mail, then I tested it with 
https://www.lv-bw.de/dv/capabilities-esri-testuser.xml and everything worked 
fine.
