which Mapbender version are you using?

Most likely a synchronisation issue, you might have to change the 
position of some modules...maybe increase loadwmc's position in "edit 
GUI elements" in the admin GUI and see; it should be loaded after the 
wms modules I guess.

I have never tested this feature with an uncustomized Mapbender, so it 
might not be stable.
