[Mapbender-users] problems connecting to postgresql

Hello, trying a brand new installation of Mapbender on Debian Etch
with, Postgresql 8.1.11 and Postgis.

Following error apears:

Warning: pg_connect() [function.pg-connect]: Unable to connect to
PostgreSQL server: could not translate host name "<localhost>" to
address: Name or service not known in
/var/www/mapbender/http/php/database-pgsql.php on line 97

Any idea?
