Hi, Michael,

Thanks a lot for the nice explanation.

I've just re-upload the pgsql_serial_set_sequences.sql in mapbender DB and
now everything works FINE.

My mistake was wrong order of upoading of DB sql-files. I have uploded
pgsql_serial_set_sequences.sql before pgsql_data.sql.
Of course pgsql_serial_set_sequences.sql must be loaded last.
