Hi Angel,

in the mapbender db installation process, you have to load three
sql-files in your mapbender db (schema, data and sequences). Are you
sure that you have correctly loaded the last file:
pgsql_serial_set_sequences.sql? If this is missing, the db starts
generating unique keys for some tables from 0, but certain tables have
already been filled with content (pgsql_data.sql) and thus the db
needs to know where the range of unique key values for each of these
tables should start.
