I am running Mapbender Version 2.4.3 (2007-10-05)  with correctly installed
PostgreSQL and Postgis on Windows version of Mapserver ms4w version 2.2.7

Everything seems to work fine.
But in fact is not.

When I try load WMS from button "Adding WMS" on GUI (front end) its OK. WMS
layers loads.But this way loads WMS temporary.

But when I try to load WMS permanently through "admin2_en" or
"admin_en_services" from back end i receive the following error message

sql error: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint
"pk_gui_layer" ROLLBACK performed....
