[Mapbender-users] Upload WMS fails with no Error

Hello Friedrich,

you should set 
define("NOT_PROXY_HOSTS", "127.0.0.1,localhost"); # and whatever ip or name 
which is not reachable thru your defined proxy.
Don't forget to to set your proxy connection and have a look at
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapbender/changeset/5013
