[Mapbender-users] RE: No maps shown when GUI is opened from outside Intranet

Thanks for your mail Frank, but I was on my way home already.

The "wms-inspector" shows me the same information as when I access the
application via Intranet. Everything rigth from this point of view.

I used the metadata-button, mapbender Metadata webpage shows up, used the
link from request mapframe table and  "*Firefox can't establish a connection
to the server *" appears after some time (nearly 10 min)

I didn't get the capabilities via "WMS-Inspector" either be cause of
"Connection error: Server not found"

So it seems that it is a connection problem. Be cause raster and vector data
are not shown I don't think it is a problem of filesize. But to be sure I
turned the raster layer off via "WMS Anwednungseinstellung", the problem
stays the same.

I tried to access the geoserver administration page and was unsuccessfully.
I think I should look into this direction.
