[Mapbender-users] Some docs about possibilities to increase of mapbender2's performance

hello together,

i've done some documentation about improvements of the overall 
performance of mapbender2 implementations.
especially the loading of guis after mb2.7 ;-) is much faster with this 
adoptions.
