Hello,

you can style the apperance of your digitizer features. Here are two
examples for points and polygons:

[...]
    displayPermanent: false
    styles:
default: # style without the selection of a
geometry
            strokeWidth: 2
            strokeColor: '#0e6a9e'
            fillColor: '#1289CD'
            fillOpacity: 1
            fillWidth: 2
            pointRadius: 10
select: # style when a geometry is selected
            strokeWidth: 3
            strokeColor: '#0e6a9e'
            fillOpacity: 0.7
            pointRadius: 10

or for polygons:
[...]
  styles:
    default:
      strokeWidth: 2
      strokeColor: '#0e6a9e'
      fillColor: '#1289CD'
      fillOpacity: 1
      fillWidth: 2
      pointRadius: 0.1
    select:
      strokeWidth: 3
      strokeColor: '#0e6a9e'
      fillOpacity: 0.7
      pointRadius: 10

with this parameter you can put a color to the polygons in the map while
the digitizer is active. I would also make the wms with diffrent colors
(via classes) of an attribute in the digitizer-form.
