[Mapbender-users] Mapbender 3.0.6.3 released

Axel, Astrid: what do you think of adding a .. NOTE:: at the top of the 
Windows page pointing to MS4W (http://ms4w.com) ?  I think it makes 
sense, as it contains all settings and optimizations for Mapbender3 now.
