[Mapbender-users] Problem with WMS from ArcGIS-Server

Hello Charly,

thanks for testing it in 3.0.6, i fit seems to be working there, then i can actually assume that the error is not on my side.

Could you be so nice and try this WMS too?

Again this one works ok in ArcGIS and QGIS but when i load it into Mapbender 3.0.8.3 the getMap-Request looks like this:

This generates the following error message:

Parameter 'exceptions' contains unacceptable value.

Parameter 'srs(crs)' has wrong value.
  </ServiceException></ServiceExceptionReport>

There seems to be a problem with the parameter for the CRS, CRS=EPSG&253A25832, when i change it manually to CRS=EPSG&3A25832 it works.
The getMap-Request from Mapbender seems to first escape the colon in EPSG:25832 to %3A, and then wrongly escaping the ampersand a second time to &253a.
I cannot imagine any way of exerting influence over how Mapbender constructs the getMap...
Could this be another bug?
Then i could file the 2 errors in the same bug ticket.

you are right.

I tested this wms with version 3.0.8.4 and got the same 'error' and missing map request. Sometimes arcgis server suggests formats like pdf as a default value and mapbender can't work with them. In your wms I can see, that 'image/bmp' is the default format for GetMap requests, but  (as you told us) with jpeg/png I saw your map in qgis ...

BUT after this error I tested the wms with mapbender in the version 3.0.6 and everything worked fine. Could you add this error as a bug ticket for mapbender 3.0.8.x in the git repo?
