[Mapbender-users] WMS hinzufügen nicht möglich

Hallo,

ich habe einen neue Server gebaut:  mapbender 3.2.8 auf Debain 11 mit PostgreSQL und php7.2

Problem:   ich kann keine WMS-Dieste hinzufügen.
Es kommt immer die Fehlermeldung:   Das XML Dokument kann nicht geparst werden.
Auch dann, wenn ich die bisher enthaltenen WMS nochmal lade.

Im log gibt es für mich keinen erkennbaren Eintrag.  Die letzten 2 Einträge:

Wenn ich über app_dev.php teste gibt es nur Fehlermeldungen bezüglich translation


Bei mapbender:config:check

Ø  Gibt es die Meldung:   FastCGI & mod_rewrite not found


Wenn ich die WMS inklusive einer anderen Anwendung importiere funktioniert zumindest die Darstellung...
Hat jemand eine Idee, wo das Problem liegen könnte?

Error;  Could not parse XML
Also if i usw the url from the included, working wms
Log: see above
If i try app_dev.php, there are only error messages becaue of translation
mapbender:config:check

Ø  message:   FastCGI & mod_rewrite not found
Any Ideas?
