This is not possible yet. maybe Mapbender has to learn more about OGC API Feature Services in the future to handle complex questions.

When you have a WMS with all this points you could configure Vendor specific for your instnace. Go to the Application -> Layerset -> Service-Instance

In the vendor specific section you can define the filter. This is only possible in the backend yet. Maybe in future version a configuration in the clinet would be nice. If you like to support the development you are welcome.
