Hi Jason,

I don't think that's easy with the current code. You might be able to
enclose a GetMapKml request in a custom-generated KML document that
specifically zoomed to the required extent.

I'm going to be looking for a way of exposing the current map extents as
KML (place a button that allows user to load current map extents and
layer state in Google Earth).

Does the current KML spec allow passing a session which contains an
MgMap with specific extents set, and zooming to that extent?
