Minor Schema change

Hi list,

 

I will be updating the following MapGuide schemas to fix a defect where
the resource schema validation allows empty Coordinate System tags:

 

                FeatureSource-1.0.0.xsd

LoadProcedure-1.0.0.xsd

MapDefinition-1.0.0.xsd

 

Note that since this fix does not introduce any compatibility problem
though only changes how the resources get validated (i.e. the minimum
string length of the Coordinate System element will be set to non-zero),
the schema version number will remain unchanged.

 

Please let me know by next Wednesday (July 12) if there is any issue
regarding this change. Otherwise, I will check the change into the
MapGuide trunk after this date.
