[mapguide-internals] MGOS 2.0 beta 2 candidate (again)

I've posted the latest beta 2 candidates again at http://download.osgeo.org/mapguide/releases/2.0.0-beta2/, and hope to do a general announcement on the users list tomorrow morning. The BDBXML files should also now be installed!  (Thanks Tim)
