[mapguide-internals] changing mapguide's image type

A quick search of google didn't reveal any stunning revelations on
this so either it doesn't or not many people have switched to ie7
yet. I'm using IE 7 on one machine and haven't had any problems with
the method I outlined so its still compatible I guess.
