Hi Greg,
 
I guess that would make sense :)  Can you give an idea of what is involved in localising FDO?
 
Is it all stored in this single file?

Worst case, what would happen if MapGuide were localised ahead of FDO?  English messages, or crashes?

Just a note that since MapGuide relies in part on the FDO API and
Providers, any localization solution for MapGuide will have to involve a
localization initiative for FDO.
