[mapguide-internals] MapGuideRF 14 - CartographicStylizationEngine(again)

SymbolName is supposed to be the id of the symbol. We should probably rename it to SymbolID or SymbolReference.

	Either I am blind or something is a miss. I don't see any element in
	mdf_changes_v4.xsd that refers to a Symbol. I see a <SymbolName>
	element, where I was expecting <SymbolID> or <SymbolReference>. Is the
	schema wrong or ?
