You win! You clearly demonstrated prior art and I even remember reading 
that so I cannot claim any right to the idea on this list.  ;)

However, to my defense, (and because I hate losing an argument) I'd add 
that even though I do remember reading this now that you forwarded this 
quote, at the time I was replying to your other statement which was that 
"My vote is to see all ticket traffic on the internals list", and had 
forgotten that you had already suggested this. Also, one would be in 
right to presume that a "vote" is stronger than an idea thrown in the 
air, so your vote kind of invalidated your previous statement.  ;)  ;)
