[mapguide-internals] Patch: Remove usage of DbXml private header

Hi

Current in mapguide 1.2.0 beta1 Server/src/Services/Resources is using a 
private header from DbXml, TypeConversions.hpp, just for exclusive conversion 
of integer to strings.
As i'm compiling mapguide using external DbXml instead of internal provided 
one, i did this patch which removes the usage of wrong header and replace for 
some standard c++ way.
