Tom,

I have taken the liberty of changing the subject to avoid mixing this
conversation with the vote on the motion.

The short answer is that I don't know how to modify the row of links
including Login to include a Register link.

But I imagine it could be added in the top row that includes Home,
Download and Internals.  I don't even know how that was added!  Can
someone enlighten me as I like to stay abreast of our Trac configuration.
