[mapguide-internals] License html

Hi all,
 
Do we need to do a sanity check on the license.html file?  The version in trunk still refers to the older Sleepycat copyright notice for Berkeley DB and DB XML, and am wondering if anything else has changed

Also, does it make sense to keep this all in a single file?  Seems like over time it will be harder to maintain than pointing to a directory of license files would be.
