[mapguide-internals] MGOS 2.0 beta

On a side note, will the unmanaged SHP all-in-one folder performance issues
be handled in 2.0 as well? If you remember back when there is some major
issues with functions like zoom reading through many dbf files when in
unmanaged mode making everything SLOW way down.
