[mapguide-internals] Error caused when inserting into SQLServer data source through MapGuide API

I don't think it is neccecarily related as that link looks to be a logging
issue and the log I copied from is our own log4net application log and not a
MapGuide log entry. Sorry for the delay in reply but I have been very busy.
The decision has been made due to this and other factors to move the data
manipulation code to do manipulation at the FDO level and not via MapGuide.
Only temporary session based feature sources will be manipulated through the
MapGuide API.
