I don't have such a script. It should be a .spec file that launches the
build scripts in the %build section and then references all the
installed files in /usr/local/mapguideopensource in the %files sections
(if I remember correctly how to build rpms).

yes, that could be useful for using it without Mapguide (and should be
installed in /usr/lib like all libraries).
