[mapguide-internals] RFC 53 caching is gooo but how do you flush the schema cache

MapGuide Server does not know of such external change. A new Feature Service API will be needed to force a cache flush for a specific feature source.

the problem is when you create a new table in oracle, it won't appear in the
schema until it expires
