[mapguide-internals] Vote: Make MGOS 2.0.0 RC4 the release

Hi PSC members,

To those of you who voted on this, thanks.

Since we approved RC4, and there have been some fixes for problems found by the Autodesk folks, I will be posting a later build of MGOS as the final release version of MGOS 2.0.0.  That is, I do not feel that we need to make this new build a release candidate.

If you have any issues with this, please reply to this email as soon as possible.

I plan to post the new version before the end of the week.

I move that we promote MGOS 2.0.0 RC4 to be the final release version of MGOS 2.0.0.

There does not seem to be any more show stoppers in RC4 and whatever remains could be handled by a point release in the coming months.
