[mapguide-internals] Vote: Make MGOS 2.0.0 RC4 the release

Tom, are you comfortable with the level of testing done on Fusion and
the new "clipped" version of the GETMAPIMAGE call to ensure that it
works properly?  These changes, while minor, appear to have touched
quite a few files.

If you've done reasonable testing internally to ensure that this works
with a broad set of feature types and stylization, I'm happy with you
issuing a final.  Otherwise, I'd prefer to see another RC.

To those of you who voted on this, thanks.

Since we approved RC4, and there have been some fixes for problems found
by the Autodesk folks, I will be posting a later build of MGOS as the
final release version of MGOS 2.0.0.  That is, I do not feel that we
need to make this new build a release candidate.

If you have any issues with this, please reply to this email as soon as
possible.

I plan to post the new version before the end of the week.

I move that we promote MGOS 2.0.0 RC4 to be the final release version of
MGOS 2.0.0.

There does not seem to be any more show stoppers in RC4 and whatever
remains could be handled by a point release in the coming months.
