[mapguide-internals] mapguide 1.2 gettingstarted french translation

I would have to disagree with changing this, Less is not more. Currently
Mapguide Studio
is the premier tool for working with Mapguide Server.

The question should be more along the lines of what benefits are provided to
users from
content on the mapguide OSGEO site. The proposed new text offers less than
the current
one.

I would like to suggest a separate page for Authoring tools linked off the
Essentials list including
a wikipedia style feature comparison for mapguide authoring tools.
