[mapguide-internals] Are the Trac / OSGeo websites down?

There were a couple messages about this on the SAC list.
 
When this happens, if Trac is down it's possible that email is down too.  You can try emailing SAC instead of submitting a ticket, but best bet is to get on IRC at freenode.net #telascience channel and see if any of the primary admins are listening:

If they're not, there are phone numbers there too.
