[mapguide-internals] wiki RFC last edited field is wrong

We are using the [[Timestamp]] macro in the RFC pages to indicate the  
date of last update, but it has been pointed out by Chris that this is  
actually incorrect.  The [[Timestamp]] macro prints the time now, not  
the last edited time.  In fact there doesn't seem to be a last edited  
macro in stock trac.  However, I found one here:

Can that be installed?  Or is there some other way to do this?
