[mapguide-internals] MGOS 2.0.1 status

I was looking for a copy of the tarball for 20x which was checked out
(not exported from subversion)
The example being each time you respin a build and drop a tar ball,
there's 100mb+ to download, whereas with subversion, it's only a few
files which can be efficiently updated via svn update.
