[mapguide-internals] Motion: release MGOS 2.0.1

In the future, I think that we should be using the latest point-release
of FDO for new releases.  This one looks like it made it out with 3.3.0
instead of 3.3.1.  It looks like 3.3.1 only fixed four issues though
(and only the ODBC and ArcSDE ones are important for most users).
