[mapguide-internals] Installer progress

Yes, that's the idea.  One installer to rule them all.  Easy to break
out into separates also with the new structure I put in place with
wixlibs.

Feel free to fix any errors; you have commit access, and I need some
sleep (urgh)... ;)

Sorry for nuking your localization options, but it was too hard to
manage.  Is there a chance that you could restructure so that each
language is in its own folder?

I suppose you will make the installer have both the WebExtensions as 
well as the Server in one install file?

(btw: You have a copy-n-paste error in
