I suppose you will make the installer have both the WebExtensions as 
well as the Server in one install file?

(btw: You have a copy-n-paste error in 
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/browser/trunk/Installer/Libraries/Maestro/Maestro.wxs#L17)
