[mapguide-internals] Sheboygan package

It appears that you images got lost in the mail.

The usual errors are:
1. Downloading the sample data with IE, renames the files to .zip, 
making them unavalible in MapGuide
2. Viewing a map with FireFox3 only displays the background.

If there is no "Samples/Sheyboygan" folder after the package restore, 
the problem is with the package restore.
If you can view the demo solution, but with no actual map, you have 
restored the package,
but at most likely using Firefox3 to view it, but have not  patched the 
server.
