[mapguide-internals] Install Structure

So,

It looks like the problem we were having with Fusion not recognising an alternate directory for the web extensions has gone away.  I would like to propose that the installer be altered as so regardless:

c:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Server\
c:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Web\
c:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\CS-Map\

If I can get a consensus of 2 (are you around Jackie?) in the next little while I'll make the change tonight :)  Otherwise, I'll leave as-is for now.
