[mapguide-internals] build script confusion RFC62???

Thanks tom,

the first thing that we need to know to move forward is the strategie 
and the timing.
Do we have to wait for 2.1?

1. do we have to observe a further dependency of AutoDesk mapguide on 
the current build?
if yes is there a deadline or should we start to introduce a separate 
configuration for OpenSource

2. I already was promoting the idea of separate solution files.... this 
way we dont have the dependency anymore.
In this solution file we can add a different postbuild make that creates 
a server deployment which is compatible to the OSS installer version.

3. We simply need to vote on one of the choices so this can be aligned 
in the various places.... I am happy to contribute a souped up 
postbuild.mak  which uses lots of variables so things are easily 
configurable. I am using this already because of the mentioned 
compatibility issues.

As there is an installer already I suggest to align the OSSpostbuild mak 
to the existing installer structure ... this seems the easiest way.
The installer (if it uses the output from the deployment created by 
postbuild.mak) needs to be aligned also.

This is for the Server part.
I have not been doing much with the WebTier so far so I cannot 
contribute a lot here.
